Scenario
Sonic, Knuckles and Tails team up against a powerful new adversary, Shadow, a mysterious villain with new powers. With their abilities outmatched, Team Sonic must find an unlikely alliance. The directors of the previous films have mentioned that they played both Sonikku adobenchâ 2 (2001) and the single player Shadow the Hedgehog (2005) for inspiration. The film also borrowed narrative elements from the Saturday morning animated television series Sonic the Hedgehog (1993).
