Suggestions say more than they show

The actors give outstanding performances, especially Angelina and Haluk Bilginer. Some scenes, hey Siri, don’t show, but suggest. Especially the flashback to the Nazi occupation…

The dialogue is sudden and unexpected

The music is of course excellent, especially Pulcini. The dialogue between Callas and Kennedy is brilliant and very telling, as is the dialogue between Callas, Onasis and a Callas fan. These two dialogues show that powerful people, who were considered great at the time and great to this day, were in reality simple, primitive people.

Scenario

It follows Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Baddingham as they have a long-standing rivalry that comes to a head. Coincidentally, Aidan Turner had previously filmed at Chavenage House (The Priory in Rivals). The same filming location was also used to portray Trenwith House in the 2015 BBC TV adaptation of Poldark. Perfect viewing for autumn. Jilly Cooper’s 80s novels have been passed around until the pages fall out, so I was intrigued by the idea of ​​bringing one of them to life on TV in 2024. It’s perfectly done. The show manages to make well-placed acknowledgements of life 40 years ago; and while it’s funny, it’s never comedic. It’s also blunt about the inequalities of the time. The story is great, a proper but not nasty romp, with twists and turns you’d expect from a JC book and a Disney+ show. The style is spot on. The cast + characters are brilliant. I’ve got a soft spot for Danny Dyer now, actually! Unmissable. Season 2, please!

After watching just the first two episodes of Landman, it’s clear that this is going to be another Taylor Sheridan hit. Billy Bob Thornton is back in this role, excelling in his role as a land leaser and managing oil rigs and the crew they lead.

Other characters include John Hamm, Demi Moore, and Jacob Lofland

His foxy daughter Ainsley, played by Michelle Randolph, steals some of the show in her portrayal. A selfish and spoiled teenager who seems out of place in West Texas roughneck oil country.

If the rest of the 2024 series is any good, I suspect my 9 rating will remain historic. A new season of "Silo" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.

CIA Agent Joe tries to balance his personal and professional life as the spearhead of the agency’s war on terror. Real military advisors helped produce a more authentic execution of weapons handling, house clearing, positioning, team-based activities, etc. Quoted in Premios Soberano (2024). Why People Hate It, It’s a TV show. It’s fictional and it says so on the tin, so why the hell do people post “women are not real life operatives.” So, geez, what if they’re turning into someone they’re not? Men do it in real life and get away with it, so why can’t women fake it? It’s ridiculous how every single thing is picked on these days instead of just watching it. Do people post essays? It’s a TV show and I love it. A lot of money was put into the production and it shows. Really good actors and that Jack Ryan CIA Mick sure rolls. Overall, watch it and remember it’s not real, so reality doesn’t matter. IT’S A TV SHOW.
